Property Sale/Refi: HOA Information

The following in information frequently requested by realtors and Escrow Officers when handling a property sale or refinancing a property.

Glenn Haven HOA 2025 Dues are $150.00 per year + a one-time Special Assessment of $50.00.

A total of $200.00 is due on January 1, 2025.

Glenn Haven HOA charges no Transfer Fee.

Blanket hazard insurance on our commonly-held property is with Philadelphia Insurance Companies. Our agent is Colleen Byers at PBC in Eugene OR. Insurance Certificates

Member’s portion of premium is included in dues or fees stated above.

Glenn Haven HOA does not charge Move-In/Move-Out Fees

At close of escrow please advise us of the name of new owner and the date of transfer of title.
